He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert H. Poskey and Louise Metz Poskey; and his brother Charles Poskey. He is survived by: his wife Faye Skuca Poskey of El Campo; his children, Lane Lauritsen (Trista) of Austin and Tisha Smith (Robbie) of Beaumont; his granddaughters, Makaela Lauritsen of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Taylor Smith and Tessa Smith of Beaumont; his sister-in-law Lolly Poskey of Nederland; and his nephew Mike Poskey (Tina) of Beaumont.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack Poskey may be made to Houston Hospice-El Campo, St. Andrew Catholic Church, or St. Philip Catholic School.
