He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eide and Luella Thomas Eide; and his brother Richard T. Eide. He is survived by: his sons, James Eide of El Campo and Jonathan Eide (Kimberly) of El Campo; and his pet Samantha. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
