He was predeceased by: his parents, Adela Wied Popp of Nada and Otto Popp; his brothers-in-law, Harry Zboril and C. J. Hajovsky; and his nephew Charles Hajovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Popp of El Campo; his daughters, Colette Popp, Colleen Popp McLean (Chuck) and Kelly Lea Popp Drewett (Michael); his grandson William Quinn Popp McManus; and his sisters, Joyce Marie Hajovsky of El Campo and Virginia Ann Zboril of Taiton.
