He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Falcon and Dominga Falcon; and his siblings, Albina Hinojosa, Virginia Hernandez, Anton "Tony" Falcon, Rudolph Falcon and Manuel Falcon.

He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Dye (Jeremy) and Lauren Maas (Ryan); the mother of his children Carolyn Turner; his siblings, Olivia Reed, Delores Valdez, Ann Falcon Barnett, Helen Rojas, Clarence Falcon and Daniel Falcon (Sylvia); and his grandchildren, Clara, Charlie Dye and Maggie Maas.
