He was predeceased by: his sister Janell Garza. He is survived by: his wife Terrilyn Schulz; his mother Imogene Schulz; his children, Jennifer Jackson (Dusty) of Rock Island, Lori Kughn of Wharton, Douglas Cisneros (Ahkeeia) of Harker Heights and James Cisneros (Tracy) of Harker Heights; and his grandchildren, Jacob Schulz, Jessica Hart, Julie Hart, Kevin Krpec, Gavin Krpec, Marcelle Brooks, Jazmin Cisneros-Rives, Douglas Cisneros, Jr., Kobe Cisneros, Mariah Cisneros and Kayla Cisneros. He is also survived by great grandchildren, and many friends and family.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (515 East Avenue, Wharton, TX 77488).
