She was predeceased by: her parents, E. R. Howard and Minnie Long Howard. She is survived by: her husband J. C. Franz of El Campo; her children, Jeanne Baker (Scott) of Harlingen and Jimmy Franz (Dani) of Ponder; her grandchildren, Stephanie Baker, Rory Rother of Cedar Park, Rachel Ross, Calvin Fulks of Scottsdale, AZ, Arianne Baker of Dallas, Natalie and Jordon Williams of Arlington; and her great grandchildren, Cadence, Garrett, Poppee Ann Williams of Arlington and Rio Rose Baker-Rother of Cedar Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Patsy may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation or donor's choice.
