He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Halamicek and Elmo Halamicek; and his sisters, Sarah Lamkin and Laura Davis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lambert Halamicek; and his stepchildren, Yvette Teichman (Bobby) and Robert Hutcheson (Connie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
