It hurts my heart that I cannot be at the service for my dear friend. “That was the year that Bill became co-founder of Casa de Esperanza. It wasn’t long before Bill became a Father for the first time. He was so thrilled and committed to being the best parent he could be. Then came three more boys to join his loving family. Those boys were the love of his life and he did everything he could to raise and support them. In 2000 I also became a parent and Bill was the GodFather to my darling Emily.”

“Bill and I met in the mid70’s through a Catholic group we attended. We were both single and we became fast friends. We liked to dance and we spent many a Saturday night dancing the two step to cowboy music. Our friendship meant a lot to me. I knew Bill was someone I could count on when I needed a shoulder to cry on. Then in 1982 our lives changed drastically. That was the year that Bill became co-founder of Casa de Esperanza. It wasn’t long before Bill became a Father for the first time.”
