We announce the death of Albert Viescas of El Paso, Texas, who passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 89. Albert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Viescas and Sara Viescas; his children, David and Christy; and his stepson Ismael.
He is survived by: his wife Manuela; his stepchildren, Joe, Frank, Antonia, Eddie and Daniel; his siblings, Margie, Marta, Vera, Armando, Alice and Mary; his grandchild Dannah; and his daughters, Rebecca Stone and Priscilla Viescas-Sanchez. He is also survived by his step-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the San Jose Funeral Home East (10950 Pellicano Dr, El Paso, TX 79935). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907).
