It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arturo M. Salinas (El Paso, Texas), who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Arturo has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Salinas. He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Salinas (Sam Vasquez), Leticia Alvarez (Fred Alvarez) and Monica Salinas (Marcel Pierel); his granddaughters, Kristine Alvarez and Natalie Alvarez (Max Morales); and his sister Carmen Galindo (Ramon Galindo, Sr.). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
