She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Urquhart and Barbara R. Urquhart; her siblings, Willam Urquhart and Rita Urquhart; and her husband Edwin W. McCarthy.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Findlay; her children, Deborah McCarthy, Margaret McCarthy, Mary Hernandez (Jesus), Kathleen Diepen (DJ) and Edwin W. McCarthy Jr.; and her grandchildren, Rebecca McCarthy, Patrick Diepen (Rachel), Thomas Diepen, Briana Hernandez, Miguel Hernandez and Iliana Hernandez.
