She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Luis Rubio Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jose Luis Rubio Jr., Syria Luz Rubio, Alma Gloria Rubio and Jessica Yvonne Rubio; and her sister Bertha Gutierrez. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crestview Funeral Home (1462 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936). A vigil service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Purisima Catholic Church (328 S Nevarez Rd, Socorro, TX 79926).
