It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Salcido of El Paso, Texas, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Benjamin Salcido to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Angel and Sarah Armendariz Salcido; and his siblings, Joe, Pablo Salcido, Rosa Maria Salcido and Sarah Jordan.

He is survived by: his daughter Grace Elena Solis; his son-in-law Oscar Solis; his grandchildren, Caleb and Emma Solis; and his siblings, Ruben (Rachel), Carmen S. Pierce, Juan (Elvia), Noemi S. Garber, Becky S. Reyna, Anna S. Salom (Jesse) and Raul (Ana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the Salcido family will have a private service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his honor may be made to Emmanuel United Methodist Church P. O. Box 3185 El Paso, Texas 79923.
