He is survived by: his wife Gaynell B. Cooper; and his children, Carolyn M. Cooper, Pauline Dudley (Greg), Leslie Foster (Lyman), Errol Cooper (Gabby), Gaynell T. Cooper, Jolynn K. Cooper, Rodney Harris and Wayne Cooper. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
