He is survived by: his significant other Anna Mais; his children, Mark Charles Mais (Holly), Margaret Mais Gill (Terry) and Teresa Ann Mais; his grandchildren, Mark Austin Mais (Kim), Vanessa Christine Mais Olguin (Jared), Christopher Terence Doblado (Amy) and Howard Mitchel Doblado II; and his great grandchildren, Taylor (Austin), Jaxon (Vanessa), Phoenix (Christopher), Isaac (Christopher) and Julian (Christopher).
