He is survived by: his wife Petra Hernandez; his daughters, Edna Griego (Michael) and Brenda Bustamante (David); his brothers, David, Eddie Sanchez and Ruben L. Hernandez; his grandchildren, Danielle, Michelle, Michael A., Jennifer, Jessica and Mireya; his great grandchildren, Raven, Jiselle, Aaliyah, Allison, Robyn, Evan and Damian; and his godchildren, Christian Sanchez and Ruben A. Pedregon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Funeral Home - El Paso (1755 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936). A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (10970 Bywood Dr, El Paso, TX 79936). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Ft. Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
