He is survived by : his close friend Lucia I Gutierrez; his wife Lucia I Gutierrez; his children, Gilberto Gutierrez (Patricia), Daisy Melendez (Bryan) and Adan Gutierrez; his sisters, Coty Gutierrez and Leminosa Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Anthony Gutierrez, Victoria Gutierrez, Joshua Marquez, Kaylee Melendez, Isaac Sanchez, Svetlana Melendez, Jocelyn Melendez and Vincent Gutierrez; and his great grandchildren, Arabella Marquez and Mason Flores.
