He was predeceased by: his parents, Maury C. Moya and Martha A. Moya. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Jonathan and Frances (David); his grandson Jonah; and his brothers, Robert, James (Rosario), Louie (Emma) and Alex (Sandra). He is also survived by nieces/nephew.
