He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Courtney Bates (Jason), Eric Gentry (April), Adrienne Murphy (Charles), Whitney Rodriguez (Eric) and Tony Hajjar (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Alexis, Angel, Vivianna, Anissa, Matthew, Lauren, Mylo, Alesia, Ida, Brandon, Emma, Zade, Alannah, Caesar, Ross and Roen.
