He is survived by: his children, Pedro Portillo (Rosalba), Isabel Romo (David) and Eduardo Portillo, Jr.; his grandchildren, Bethany Portillo, Ava Portillo, Jimmy Suerken, Jesia Boykin (Matt), Trisha Mellon (Ian), Ashley Okotie-Eboh (Omare), Davey Romo, Nicholas Ivan Portillo, Stephen Daniel Portillo and Stephanie Nicole Portillo; and his great grandchildren, Linri Grace Boykin, Sailee Jo Boykin and Sofia Michelle Suerken.
