He is survived by: his mother Laura Martinez Spink; his grandparents, Teresa Martinez and Thomas Spink; his aunts, Teresa Quintero and Michele Spink; and his uncle Richard Martinez III. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
