He was predeceased by: his father Ramón Arias. He is survived by: his close friend Crystal Calderon; his children, Melissa Calderon, Aggatha Becerra, Bobbie Martinez, Ernesto Meraz and Ray Martinez; his stepsons, Benjamin Madrid and Joseph Madrid; his mother Adela Arias; and his brothers, Guillermo Arias, Armando Arias and Fred Arias. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
