He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Malcolm and Catherine Malcolm; his wife Ann Malcolm; his sister Patricia Zagorski; and his sons, Guy Malcolm, Brian Malcolm, Antonio Malcolm and Dominic Malcolm. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, with many friends, extended family.
