He was predeceased by: his mother Sallie Forney. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta L. Holly; his sister Shirley J. Mack; and his children, Vivian A. Jackson, Fred L. Holly Jr. (Jennifer), Myra D. Holly-Dean (Richard) and Marvella L. Holly-Porter (Charles). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
