He is survived by: his wife Bertha Rosales; his children, Juan Rosales, Baltazar Rosales, Asaiah Sancez, Leticia Mendoza, Ruby Palma, Patricia Palma and Yvonne Palma; and his siblings, Agustin Rosales, Fernando Lopez and Mague Medina.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Restlawn Funeral Home (8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904).
