She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Jeanne Shaver and T. H. Lair; her daughter Hilary Halpin; and her brother-in-law Ernest Jennings. She is survived by: her husband Michael Halpin; her daughter Natalie Smith (Tyler); her grandson Parker; her cousin Susan Lesly; and her siblings, Andrea Jennings, Tom Lair (Carol) and Ed Lair (Lisa). She is also survived by seven beautiful nieces, many more cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Jennifer asked for donations to be made in her honor to the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank or the Kelly Center for Hunger Relief. Keep Jennifer's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
