He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus "Chuy" Arellano and Tomasa Arellano; and his siblings, Luis Arellano and Magdalena Arellano. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Arellano; his children, Javier Arellano (Norma), Larry Arellano and Monica Carmona (Mario); and his siblings, Eva Cabral (Tito), Alicia Lomeli, Marisela Arellano (Joe) and Carlos Arellano (Ginny). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1060 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A rosary was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Frances Xavier Cabrini (12200 Vista Del Sol Dr, El Paso, TX 79936). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East & Evergreen Cemetery East (12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938).
