He is survived by: his wife Carmen Beltran; his sons, Sergio Beltran and Arturo Beltran; his sisters, Concha Gonzalez and Amalia Leyva; his son Ernesto Beltran; and his grandson Robert Beltran. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 4:00 PM and at 5:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Perches Funeral Home (4946 Hondo Pass Dr, El Paso, TX 79924).
