He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Morales Olivas and David Olivas; and his siblings, David Olivas Jr., Mike Olivas and Rosa Aguirre.
He is survived by: his wife Isabel C. Olivas; his brother Ricky Olivas; and his children, Tommy Olivas, Johnny Olivas and Vanesa Rodriguez. He is also survived by two daughters in law, six sisters in law and two brothers in law.
