He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Loya Montgomery (Scott) and Monica Ramos (Ignacio "Nacho"); his grandchildren, Joseph "Joe" Barron, Aaron Loya (J. P. Castedo), Ryan Ramos (Mia Gallegos), Jacob Ramos and Brittany Denise Noriega; his wife Ernestina Menchaca Loya; his siblings, Roberto Juarez, Dolores Montague (Juarez) and Carol Kendall (Juarez); and his siblings-in-law, Carlos Gonzalez, Armando "Mandis" Menchaca (Carmen), Julieta Lidbeck (Menchaca) and Martina Menchaca. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
