He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his stepchildren, Salvador and Celina; his sons, Jose Jr. and David; and his siblings, Mauro Lara, Patricia Sandoval, Albert Lara, Michael Lara, Victor Lara, George Lara and Gilbert Lara. He is also survived by his family members and friends.
