He is survived by: his wife Maria Ortega (Chita); his daughters, Lily Miranda (Eddie) and Anna Aguilar (Ray); his grandchildren, Eddie Miranda Jr. (Crystal), Paul Aguilar (Celia), John Aguilar (Safiya) and Melissa Sanchez (Victor); his great grandchildren, Eddie Miranda III, Alyssandra Miranda, Camila Sanchez, Sebastian Sanchez, Ava Aguilar, Vincent Aguilar, Alana Aguilar and Gabriela Aguilar; and his brother Victor Ortega.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
