She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Howard; and her sons, David and Michael. She is survived by: her sons, Donald, Earl, Douglas, Clifford and Robert; her grandchildren, David, Betty, Nadine, Benny, Orlando, Valerie and Seth; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Brantley, Addyson, Lynae and Lucas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Funeraria (8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
