She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Howe; her parents, Catherine Devenport and Emmett Devenport; her sister Nicole Karlsruher (Matt); and her nephew Colton Karlsruher.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - West (480 Resler Dr, El Paso, TX 79912).
