She is survived by: her children, Ronette Strong, Jerry Strong Jr. and Nakia Evans; her grandchildren, Desiree Strong, Cashe Ervine, Jerry Strong III, Xavier Evans and Soraya Evans; her great grandchildren, Zavien Strong and Cassius Huntsberry; and her sister Henrietta Reason.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast (4631 Hondo Pass Dr, El Paso, TX 79904). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hope Chapel (2498 Ricker Rd, Fort Bliss, TX 79906). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
