He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Velasco and Estela Velasco. He is survived by: his wife Paula Velasco; and his children, Patricia Velasco, Arlene Velasco and Luis Velasco, III. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
