He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Best and Louise Barrow; his siblings, Dorothy, Mose, Claris, Theopolis (Blue) and Sylvia; his wife Eugenia Nelson; his grandchildren, Amber Wren (Gary), Dana Brown (Josh), Stacy Best-Nervis (Matthew), Shalena, Sabrina Choto (Antonio), C. J. and Jene; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Roger (JR), Maxwell, Catherine, Cecilia, Dana Ruth, Camille and Ava. He was also cherished by relatives, including nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
