He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha "Betty" Rodriguez; his mother Raquel Rodriguez; and his brothers, Ramon Rodriguez and Ruben Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Elizondo, Mary Alice Rodriguez, Manuel Rodriguez, Jr. and Jovana Rodriguez Levi (James Levi); and his stepchildren, Guadalupe "Lupe" Romero, Abenicio David Romero (Connie Romero) and Arnold Hector Romero. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 6:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM.
