She is survived by: her sons, Jose Alfredo Cortez, Luis Cortez and Eduardo Cortez; and her siblings, Uriel Cortez Jr., Saul Cortez, Lorena Hernandez, Yolanda Vasquez, Agustina Trejo, Lidia De La Rosa and Elisa Madrid. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
