It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuela V. Ortega (El Paso, Texas), who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Valenzuela and Maria De Jesus Reyes; her husband Jose Ortega; and her son Raul Ortega. She is survived by: her children, Rosa Maria Ortega Thorpe, Elsa O. Tovar, Jose Ortega Jr. and Luis Ortega; her sister Maria Alvarez; her granddaughter Guillermina G. Davis; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh D. Davis, Koi J. Davis and Korbin J. Davis; and her grandson-in-law Kodi D. Davis.
