He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramiro Alvarado and Esperanza Alvarado. He is survived by: his son Wesley Antonio Alvarado; his daughter-in-law Chelsea Alvarado; and his brothers, Ray (Karen Alvarado), Tony (Brenda Alvarado), Andrew (Carol Alvarado) and Phillip Alvarado (Phil Laden). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
