She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Guadalupe and Maria Carrete; her husband Cesar Sanchez; her brother Guadalupe P. Carrete; and her grandson Cesar Daniel Caballero.
She is survived by: her children, Mayela (Rodney Smith), Liliana (Eduardo Luna), Yamel (Alberto Vasquez, Jr) and Cesar Sanchez, Jr.; her siblings, Irma Mena, Alfonso Carrete, Estela Carrete, Jesus Joel Carrete and Lourdes Carrete; her grandchildren, Jaime Salido, Ivan Ponce, Annette Sanchez, Yamel Vasquez, Ileana Luna and Alejandro Vasquez; and her great grandchildren, Seth Salido, Summer Salido, Savannah Salido, Ezra Flores and Mateo Medrano. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
