He is survived by: his mother Maria Teresa Casillas; his wife Veronica Dugan Cedillo; and his siblings, Gilberto Cedillo, Rafael Cedillo, Jennie Cedillo Barrera, Margarita Cedillo and Elizabeth Gill.
