He is survived by: his wife Armandina Soto; his children, Monica Soto, Osvaldo Soto and Leonardo Soto; his grandchildren, Angelica, Angel, Alyssa, Asher, Leonardo, Gweniveer, Evangelina, Maggie, Aladin and Lazaros; and his siblings, Juan Soto, Enna Soto, Consuelo Soto and Sonia Soto.
Nelson was known for his generous spirit, regularly donating to children's charities and supporting law enforcement organizations.
