Garoutte (El Paso, Texas), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bone and Opal Nixon; her husband Warren Hemphill; and her brother Joe Bone. She is survived by: her children, Aaron Garoutte (Gay), Kim Miller (Gary), Heidi Brislin (John) and Travis Garoutte (Amy). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
