With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pete Navarrete in El Paso, Texas, born in Madera, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2025 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his son Pete Navarrete, Jr.; his parents, Felipe Navarrete and Bertha Navarrete; and his sister Carmen Cazares. He is survived by: his wife Graciela Navarrete; his children, Joseph Navarrete, Monica Navarrete Rodriguez (Javier) and Vanessa Chatham (Matt); his grandchildren, Carime Navarrete, Angel Navarrete, Joaquin Rodriguez, Antonio Rodriguez, Nicolas Chatham and Mia Elena Chatham; and his siblings, Felipe Navarrete III, Yolanda Navarrete, Mary Lou Gonzales, Rosalinda Armendariz and Nancy Brown. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
