He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Silva and Pedro Silva; his sister Dolores Shaw; and his sister-in-law Yolanda Silva. He is survived by: his children, Adriana Silva, Mark Silva, Vanessa Gomez (Carlos), Aaron Ingle and Debra Ingle-Muñoz (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Christopher Gomez, Alexander Ingle, Madison Ingle, Alessandra Muñoz and Gianella Muñoz; his wife Carmen; his brother Francisco "Frank" Silva; his sibling's children, Noemi "Mimi" Silva, Magda Yvetta Silva, Yolanda Silva, George Shaw and Georgette Shaw; his siblings-in-law, Hector and Grace Rico; and his sibling's children, Haley, Carlin and Kelcie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the San Jose Funeral Home-East (10950 Pellicano Dr, El Paso, TX 79935). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the San Antonio Catholic Church (503 Hunter Dr, El Paso, TX 79907). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907).
