He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Javier Oaxaca and Eulalia Oaxaca; and his siblings, Lorenzo Rafael Oaxaca, Juan Roberto Oaxaca, Jose Luis Oaxaca, Maria Gloria Goss (Charlie), Rosa Linda Oaxaca, Judith Aurora Villarreal (Oscar), Victor Manuel Oaxaca, Martha Delia Armenta (Martin), Francisco Javier Oaxaca (Rebecca), Carlos Antonio Oaxaca (Dolores), Eva Lina Oaxaca Jones (Steve), Teresa Inez Oaxaca and Luz Elena Oaxaca Flores (Juan). He was also cherished by nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces and relatives.
