He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascual Villa and Josefa Villa; and his son Raul Villa Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Villa; his children, Adriana Villa and Lorenzo Villa; his sisters, Dolores Sotelo and Alicia Villa; and his grandchildren, Michael Villa, Steven Villa, Sarah Villa, Matthew Villa, Lauren Villa, Jayden Villa, Erik Villa, Adam Villa and Marc Villa. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
