He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Cuellar; his children, Juan Roberto Cuellar (Rocio Juarez), Jesus Jose Cuellar, Rene Cuellar and Virginia Hernandez (Humberto Hernandez); his brother Jose Luis Cuellar; his grandchildren, Noel Hernandez, Samuel Hernandez, Priscilla Hernandez, Sofia Hernandez, Ryan Marshall, Vanessa Cuellar (Humberto Lugo) and Juan Cuellar Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Braelynn Cuellar, Jayden Jay Lugo and Kaylee Elle Lugo.
